Former defender Real Madrid Roberto Carlos responded Champions League draw results quarterfinals. He considered Madrid to have a tough squad to face Liverpool.
Quarter-finals draw Champions League held at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, on Friday (19/3/2021). As a result, Madrid was reunited with Liverpool.

Roberto Carlos believes that Real Madrid’s squad is tough enough to face Liverpool’s challenges. The former Brazilian footballer also hopes that the Madrid squad is injury free.
“We will face a good team. And will be the host in the first leg, Real Madrid is in a good moment and must decide this duel at home,” said Roberto Carlos as reported AS.
“What’s important for Zidane is that all his players are fit and ready and those who are injured come back as soon as possible.”
“It’s easy for him to be a coach here because he has the best players in the squad. If the game doesn’t go well, he has eight great players to enter.”
“We have to be a little worried about Liverpool, but they should be more worried,” he stressed.
Real Madrid will host the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals on April 6. They will then turn to travel to Anfield on April 14 in the second leg.
