Liverpool officially moved its training ground from Melwood to the AXA Training Center in Kirkby, Merseyside. The new training complex was inaugurated earlier this week and is already in use James Milner et al since Tuesday (17/11/2020).
The AXA Training Center was built in 2018, and took 722 days before it was inaugurated and used by Liverpool. The total cost incurred to build this training complex reached 50 million pounds (Rp. 934 billion).

To celebrate the inauguration of the AXA Training Center, Liverpool are collecting various items which will be stored in a time capsule. Launching the club’s official website, the capsule was planted in the training complex and will be reopened 50 years later, namely in 2070.
Various objects that are put into the time capsule contain various collections related to history Liverpool. Starting from Klopp’s glasses, goalkeeper gloves Alisson Becker, as well as a pair of signed shoes Virgil van Dijk.
