Liverpool have finalized “last transfer this summer”! Scottish talent has come to Anfield

Darwin Nunez has already arrived at Anfield to replace Sadio Mane, who is one foot in Bayern Munich. Now The Reds have finalized a transfer that Paul Joyce, a Liverpool journalist, describes as “the summer’s last boost”.

The England runners-up officially announced that Calvin Ramsay has joined the club. The young Scot in recent years has represented the colors of his native Aberdeen.

The 18-year-old footballer is expected to serve as a substitute for Trent Alexander-Arnold. Like the Englishman, he plays on the right side of the back, where he stands out above all for his offensive skills.

Last season, Ramsay made 33 appearances in Aberdeen. He scored one goal in them and recorded nine assists.

The 18-year-old’s official transfer amount has not been disclosed. The English media, however, estimates that the transaction was closed at £ 6.5m.
