The weather was kind to the anniversary. For the 150th edition of the FA Cup Final, Wembley Stadium was bathed in sunshine and the temperature was a comfortable 21 degrees. The spectacle that the two teams served to the almost 85,000 spectators suited the conditions. An eventful match was fought by both Liverpool, second in the Premier League table, and Chelsea, third, with extreme, almost always fair commitment.
