The winners of Best of Swiss Web lifted a total of 79 buoys and a trophy at the gala night on April 7 in Dübendorf: 10 gold, 24 silver and 42 bronze.
As the best web project of the year, “The live video consultation of the Migros specialist stores” won the title of Master of Swiss Web 2022. The client of the project is Migros specialist stores. It was realized by Migros Aare New Business. The project also won gold in the Digital Commerce category.
The verdict of the jury is: Delivering high-quality advice when customers need it is a hurdle in digital commerce. “Live video advice from Migros specialist stores” can help. In the case of video advice, the focus is not only on the customers but also on the advisors: online research by customers is available on the advisor panel and helps to get straight into the consultation. The positive numbers and customer reviews speak for themselves. An exemplary digital commerce project!
Goldbach Crossmedia Award for “Runtime”
The Goldbach Crossmedia Award was also presented for the fifth time as part of the Best of Swiss Web Award Night: “Runtime” won gold – a campaign by Ochsner Sport, implemented by the Thjnk Zurich agency. Silver went to the “Chleiderchäschtli” campaign, realized by Jung von Matt on behalf of Zalando. And bronze went to the “Share Your Fire” project from the insurer Allianz Switzerland with implementation partner Sir Mary.
The audience prize donated by Goldbach was awarded for the third time this year. In the run-up to the Award Night, customers, agencies and all other interested parties were able to vote for their favorite campaign. The award went to the “Migros Christmas” campaign, implemented by the Wirz Communications agency on behalf of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives.
