Domaine Verret
Since 1750, the estate has cultivated a great diversity of grape varieties and the finest expressions of the great Auxerrois terroirs: Chardonnay and Pinot noir, the two king grape varieties of Burgundy but also the exceptional Sauvignon, Gamay, César, Aligoté and the forgotten Sacy grape variety. For half a day, become a grape picker for a day.
In the program :
– Presentation of harvest techniques, direction to the vineyard plots to tackle the task. Harvest by hand, your essential tool for the occasion, cut a few bunches, without forgetting those that are hidden.
– Share the winegrower’s snack
– Discover the vat room to understand the following stages: the careful sorting, the press…
– Share the meal in the atmosphere of the Burgundian bench.
– Finish with a tasting of the Domaine’s range of wines.

In the heart of Savoie, come and visit a confidential estate with a unique view of the Chartreuse massif. Julia and Arnaud, brother and sister, 3rd generation winegrower, welcome you to their 4.5Ha vineyard. In this old farm from the end of the 19th century, come and discover the particularity of Savoyard wines through wine tourism activities. Spend a morning harvesting between Jacquère and Gamay, on the estate. Then after the effort, comes comfort… Share a meal with the whole team or take advantage of the setting for an intimate picnic on the estate. Between visit and tasting, you will be able to see exclusively the beginning of the creation of a wine.
