The electricity supply, cut off after Russian missile attacks, has been restored across Ukraine, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhals announced Friday.
“Yesterday the forced user restrictions program was not applied. For now, our energy system is operating stably,” said Šmihals.
At the same time, Šmihals admitted that the capacity of the main energy networks was reduced due to the numerous damages and their complete restoration will take time.
Therefore, he called on residents to voluntarily reduce their electricity consumption in the future, especially in the morning and evening rush hours.
