Speaking about possible peace talks before the end of the war, Scholz said that a frozen conflict should not be allowed.
“That’s why we need to support Ukraine as long as necessary, because Russia needs to withdraw its troops from Ukraine. In order for Ukraine to win, we support it militarily, politically and with weapons.
