Indonesia National Under 20 team will again undergo a test match in the middle of the training camp (TC) in Turkey, against Moldova U-20. Find out the information on the live stream link here.
Indonesia National Under 20 team vs Moldova U-20 will be held in Antalya, Turkey on Tuesday (1/11) WIB evening. This is the third test match of the Garuda Squad, at the center of the retreat in Turkey since 16 October last.
Before taking on Moldova U-20, Shin Tae-yong’s team played two test matches in Turkey. The result is a defeat and a victory.
In the first test match at the TC center in Turkey, the Under 20 national team won 2-1 against Cahallikli Spor. While in the next match, Indonesia bowed to Turkey U-20 with a score of 1-2.
“The score lost 1-2, but the first half was not that good, but the second half was very good,” said Shin Tae-yong, in a taped interview given by the PSSI media team, after the friendly against Turkey.
“Actually, this is the beginning of the adaptation against European teams. Indeed, through this match the players have learned a lot of lessons.”
The test match against Moldova itself will take place twice. Aside from November 1st today, the U-20 Indonesia Team will face the same opponent again on November 4th.
The plan, the two test matches against Moldova, will be the last match of Marselino Ferdinand et al. during TC in Turkey. They will therefore continue their retreat in Spain.
Indonesia held a retreat in Europe to prepare for the 2023 Asian U-20 Cup. In that event, Indonesia was in Group A with hosts from Uzbekistan, Syria and Iraq.
