LIVE | School Nijmegen reopens on Monday after three corona cases in a class | Inland

The lessons at the Municipal School of Nijmegen (SSgN) will start again on Monday. The school with 1,350 students closed its doors on Wednesday because two students from the same class and the mentor of that class were found to be infected with the corona virus. Pupils in this class will stay home at least until Wednesday, the school management will let you know on Friday.

According to the school, the GGD is still conducting a contact investigation to determine the extent of the corona infections in this class.

As more students and teachers at the school reported complaints after the initial infection was identified, the school management feared that the entire school closure might continue next week. But on Friday it turned out that this is not necessary. Those who have no complaints that require a corona test can go back to school on Monday.
