The municipality of Groningen has informed farmers that they are allowed to enter the city center with a maximum of three agricultural vehicles. ‘We have communicated this to them both verbally and officially handed it over on paper,’ says spokesman Hans Coenraads. Deputy Johan Hamster of Agriculture is willing to talk to the farmers, says a spokesperson for the province.
