Live music and dance, stellar of the month at the Teatro Colón

The Colón Theater will dedicate this month to music, opening its doors to the public to once again offer a live art experience, with a variety of genres ranging from tango to Astor piazzolla to the familiar compositions of the Collective Animal.

Programming will begin this Friday, at 7:30 pm, the day on which the National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia will offer a concert directed by Olivier Grangean (France), in which compositions by Antonín Dvořák and Adolfo Mejía will be performed.

For its part, on the 20th of this month, at 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm, Flora Martinez will present his new musical album with a selection of songs that includes boleros, rancheras and own compositions. During the concert he will share the stage with the pianist Jose Reinoso and it will be accompanied by a Latin jazz band, where the trumpet solos and the heat of the Latin percussion will invite the spectator to dance.
