Since February 10, six other suspects have been in court for the incidents in 2020. During the hearing of the lawsuits, it became clear that the perpetrators of the attacks refer to each other as ‘soldiers’. The public prosecutor demanded (partly conditional) prison sentences of three to nine years against these executors.

The fruit company has been extorted and threatened since 2019. The reason would have been the discovery of a batch of cocaine at the company, in one of the fruit transports, which was reported to the police. The Public Prosecution Service suspects G. of subsequently extorting the management of the company and threatening attacks on employees and family members of the management. His case is due at the end of June.

26 people have been arrested in this case.
