The National Mobility Challenge Awards initiated by the President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda and the discussion of the Sustainable Mobility Forum will take place at the Presidency on Wednesday.
The awards of the National Mobility Challenge will start at 10.00, during which the President will give a welcome speech, and the Chancellor of the Presidency will briefly present the results of the National Mobility Challenge.
After the presentation, the President and the Chancellor will present the prizes to the representatives of the teams that have won prizes in 6 different challenge categories – cities, schools, communities, foreign Lithuanians, higher education institutions and organizations.
In the second part of the event, which will start at 10.35, there will be a discussion of the Sustainable Mobility Forum “What are the directions of the Sustainable Mobility Perspective?”
Specialists and professionals from various fields (mobility, urban planning, urban management, different modes of transport and companies) will take part in the discussion – Kristina Gaučė, Jonas Damidavičius, Viktoras Bachmetjevas, Giedrė Ratkutė Skačkauskienė, Gintaras Nėniškis, Linas Baužys, Solveiga Ratkevičiūtė, Vitoldas Milius Minister Marius Skuodis.
