LIVE | Denmark opens borders again for Dutch people Inland

Tourists must demonstrate that they have booked a minimum six-night stay in Denmark. For travelers who are not traveling to Denmark as a tourist, but who have another ‘valid reason’ to enter the country, such as a business trip, a visit to a family member or a transit, the requirement of a minimum stay of six nights does not apply.

The ministry does advise: “Stay vigilant; the situation can suddenly change locally in the event of a new outbreak. Always follow the Dutch and local corona rules. ”

Denmark had already indicated that it would open its borders again this day for a number of countries, provided that the number of corona infections in those countries is low. Residents of countries with less than 20 new weekly infections per 100,000 inhabitants can travel to Denmark.

Corona rules also apply in Denmark, for example a distance rule of 1 meter. Face masks in public transport are also compulsory, theme parks are open, as are restaurants where groups of up to 10 people can be large.
