RED VIGILANCE
This Friday, Météo France placed 39 departments on alert. The departments of Indre, Deux-Sèvres and Vienne are on snow-ice red vigilance because of an episode of freezing rain exceptional in its duration and intensity.
36 departments remain on orange snow-ice, extreme cold or flood alert.
Snow-ice: Indre-et-Loire, Vendée, Cher, Creuse, Puy-de-Dôme, Ardèche, Allier, Saône-et-Loire, Ain, Loire, Drôme, Rhône, Isère, Savoie and Haute-Savoie, Maine-et-Loire, Loire-Atlantique, Morbihan, Finistère, Côtes d’Armor.
Extreme cold : the Doubs, the Yonne, the Côte-d’Or, the Aube, the Haute-Marne, the Haute-Saône, the territory of Belfort, the Haut-Rhin, the Bas-Rhin, the Vosges, the Moselle, the Meurthe-et-Moselle and the Meuse.
Floods: the Charente-Maritime, the Somme, the Seine-et-Marne.
