The woman, identified only as Liu, 38, from the Chinese city of Huazhou, was caught on CCTV showing off her underwear and sex organs while riding the subway in the city of Nanning on the Vietnamese border.

Although the incident took place sometime in May, he was only recently tracked down and arrested by the police earlier this month. Police also released striptease footage in which the woman is seen live streaming actions that led to his arrest.
Footage released by police showed Liu sitting next to two passengers on a fairly busy train. She then suddenly turned on the phone camera and pointed it at her feet and lifted her dress and started aiming the camera at her underwear and then to her private parts.
However, he didn’t stop there. He continued to show his pubic organs and started broadcasting the whole thing live to his viewers on an app. He then asked viewers to buy his virtual gift and continued to show his private parts.
“Come on, I’m happy as long as you enjoy watching it,” he told his fans on the app as quoted IB Times, Tuesday (20/7/2021).
An employee, believed to be a train operator, was later seen walking past but Liu seemed unfazed and continued to broadcast the lewd video.
One of the viewers more than just enjoyed it, but was also pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, the entire episode was caught on CCTV inside the train and the police started a manhunt.
