The weather in February, or as it is also called Little Sechko, will be full of twists and turns.
Today it will be mostly sunny, in the afternoon – in some places – with temporary increases in cloudiness. The wind will be oriented from west-northwest, it will be weak, in the Danube plain – moderate. Daily temperatures will rise and the maximum will be between 8 and 13 degrees, in Sofia – 8 degrees. Atmospheric pressure is lower than the average for the month, in the evening will begin to rise, according to NIMH.
Above the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, in the afternoon, in some places, with temporary increases in cloudiness. A light southwest wind will blow, in the afternoon it will be oriented from west-northwest. Maximum temperatures will be 8-10 degrees. The temperature of the sea water is 5-6 degrees. The sea wave will be about 2 points.
Sunny weather will prevail over the mountains. A moderate northwest wind will blow. The maximum temperature at 1200 meters will be about 1 degree, at 2000 meters – about minus 5 degrees.
Sunday will be mostly sunny in most parts of the country. The wind will be from the west, weak, in the Danube plain – to moderate, and in the evening in the eastern regions will be oriented from the southwest. The minimum temperatures will increase, the daily ones, mainly in Northern Bulgaria, will decrease by one to three degrees.
As early as Monday night, high clouds will appear from the north, which will quickly increase and thicken, the wind will be southwest, to moderate. After noon on Monday from the northwest will begin rain, which by the evening and on the night of Tuesday will cover most of the country. The wind will change to west-northwest, and with a rapid decrease in temperatures in the mountainous regions of Western Bulgaria, the rain will turn into snow.
