NEW YORK – New York City began its recovery process with a world of activities and events representing the capital of the world.
One of those will take place at one of Manhattan’s newest attractions that has caught the eye of visitors and New Yorkers for its unique architecture and location right across the Hudson River.
And is that the park Little Island , which reopened in the spring, will feature a month-long arts festival featuring 460 artists and 160 performances of music, dance, poetry, comedy and more.
The festival will begin on August 11 and will end on September 5.
The good news is that all events will be free. In addition, free tickets will be requested for all performances in the amphitheater The Amph and entrance reservations scheduled to enter the park after 12:00 pm
Each program el festical reflects different ways in which contemporary artists respond to the times and reinvent themselves after the impact of the pandemic. You’ll find experimental music, poets tours, site-specific dances, A-List comedy lineups, one-night jazz performances, and events that blur the boundaries of the genre.
