Host Dimitar Rachkov is not one of those people who often puts his personal life on display. Little is known about the palace that the TV personality lives in at the foot of Vitosha. The residence of the comedian, located in the bar complex “Mountain View Village” near Pancharevo, is under constant surveillance, and random people are not allowed on the territory of the closed village.
A barrier and a booth with a guard meet at the entrance to the complex, and only property owners and their guests and visitors are allowed inside.
Rachkov lives in a large two-story house with a large yard and garages with his current girlfriend, Anita. Until years ago, his ex Maria Ignatova could often be seen in the apartment where Mitko lived in the same complex, but today she lives with her husband Ivaylo Noyzi Tsvetkov in her mother’s house.
Mitko and Anita’s neighbors are Maya Ilieva, Maggie Halvadzhiyan and Natalia Simeonova, who permanently moved to her husband Denis in America and left the property to her daughter.
Anyone can become part of the bar district, as long as they pay 185 thousand euros for a two-room house, but without a yard. The monthly maintenance alone costs BGN 400, which includes money for security and common areas.
Rachkov recently starred in a lawnmower commercial and showed off his gorgeous yard with lawn and trees, as well as the big dog that guards the luxury.
Anita photographed how she received a bouquet from her beloved and showed the entrance to the hacienda in a beautiful path through the lawn and part of the first floor, where the living room is. It is full of plants and the ground is covered with skin. The furniture is in light tones, and the beautiful round table is the nurse’s favorite for drinking coffee and cocktails.
The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the courtyard, and the kitchen looks like something out of a magazine. On the second floor are the bedrooms with bathrooms, and the garages have a warm connection with the house, says “Years have passed”.
