“Libération” visited the small offices of Cnes. The fifteen investigators from this public body, rational enthusiasts with varied profiles, try to explain the seemingly “strange” observations reported by individuals.

“I come home, I put my things down and I see through the bay window in the living room – I am on the third floor and I have a large bay window which overlooks a park – I see a big red circle in the sky, just above the treetops.” Across the table, the investigator takes notes.
