Evenings follow with texts by Daniela Dröscher (March 7), Annette Pehnt (March 21) and Karen Duve (April 25), which are two-way novels by women, with the “grande dame of Italian literature”, Dacia Maraini (14 March) and the “peerless master of atmosphere” Judith Hermann (April 19 at Centralstation). The book launch of the Darmstadt independent bookstores (April 4) should not be missing, before Sandra Kegel (May 2) presents her representative counter-canon to patriarchal rule and thus the reading series “Outrageous. Literary. Female.”, which takes place on the first Wednesday of February, March and April in the Kammerspiele of the Staatstheater.
