Listhaug answers LO top: – Puts the party book ahead of Norway’s best

– The collusion between LO and the Labor Party is directly unhealthy, says Listhaug to NTB.

The statement comes after the leader of the LO union Fellesforbundet, Jørn Eggum, on Sunday went down the throat at Listhaug. Eggum accuses the FRP of pursuing an “ostrich policy” when the party rejects the government’s tax proposal for the petroleum sector.

– Absolutely nonsense

– FRP ends the ring with MDG, which will end with everything. They meet in a place where no one has influence, Eggum told NTB on Sunday.

Eggum himself supports the government’s proposal for a cash flow tax on the Norwegian shelf. The clarification from the LO top came after Labor leader Jonas Gahr Støre went out to NTB on Sunday and signaled that the Labor Party also supports the government’s new oil tax.

– As soon as the Labor Party supports the cuts in Norwegian oil exploration, we see that Fellesforbundet moves out immediately with big words. It is completely nonsensical, and shows that they put the party book ahead of Norway’s best, says Listhaug.

Fear less exploration

She believes the tax proposal will lead to less exploration, fewer jobs and cuts in Norwegian welfare, and has made it clear that the government cannot expect her support.

– When SV, which wants to shut down the oil industry, rejoices over the package, all the warning lights should flash, says Listhaug.
