From September, the group “Saldās sejas” has committed to publish a new song of the month on the first day of each new month, and October has not become an exception.
If the authors of the song “September” were the members of the ensemble “Saldās sejas” Tomass Kleins and Guntars Račs, then the author of the music of the new song “Oktobris” is Gints Stankevičs. Singer Jānis Stībelis and the vocal group “Karameles” have been invited to help in its recording this time. Following the requirements of distance, the musicians have recorded their parts individually: guitar parts have been played by Thomas Klein, but vocals have been recorded by the members of “Saldo seju” Jānis Narkevics Jr. and Katrīna Bindere.
“We want a more diverse sound, so we invite songwriters with whom we have not collaborated within the group so far.
