Singer and music producer Boo has released a new summer single in which she promotes the use of SPF creams to, according to the musician’s representatives, “prevent pink cheeks and nose after a hot encounter with the summer sun.”

“SPF 3000” reveals both Boo’s love for nature and a playful play around the theme of romance.
“I like to write ambiguous songs. I can hide flirtatious messages in subtexts in such a way that only those who are ready for it will understand. This summer I want to enjoy the sea, the sun, dates, youth and I allowed myself to combine all this in a summer song,” reveals Boo.
The themed single presentation party took place by the sea. Members of the Būu “tribe” participated, including director Roberts Silavs, TV presenter Rihards Sniegs, choreographer Ieva Biteniece, urban climber “Riga Rooftops”, rappers Kaisers and Denis Stepanov of the hip-hop association “Kreisais Krasts”, etc. The presentation plot was also created in cooperation with TV3 morning program “900 seconds”, its moderators Mārtiņus Spuri and Kristīni Garklāva, as well as the producer of the program Elizabeti Vitols.
“I wanted to present a song by the sea for a long time, in the dunes, and now I had the opportunity. I always spend holidays actively in nature – this time too! I forced the entire filming team to go to the forest in rainy weather, smear with SPF creams. The little joys of life,” about the presentation party is narrated by Boo.
The words, music and producer of “SPF 3000” are Boooo herself, Armands Varslavāns participated in the music arrangement. The single can be heard on streaming services.
Boo is a singer, author of music and words, as well as a producer who made her debut in domestic music in 2021 with the song “Siekala”, followed by the single “Saku no skus”. The debut album “Albūums” was released in November 2021.
