Until now, Roberts Dinters has been better known as a guitarist and producer in the context of Latvian rock music. Earlier this year, he released his first solo album, Recycling, which also revealed his role as a sound seeker with a love for experimental and electronic music. Now he has released his first pop song, which he also performs in full.

This song sounded in my head in a very dark time as a set of emotions, which I only later analyzed, “admits the musician.” It’s not easy to talk about mental health. Probably that’s why the song has only been in my head for several years. In recent years, there has been more and more talk about mental health, which also convinced me that it is time to record and release the song, “says the musician.
A video by the artist Anna Meldrāja is being created for the song. The video was filmed during the exhibition “Art for a Longer Life” by the association “ASTE. Art, Science, Technology, Education”, which took place from 15 to 21 September together with the multimedia performance on mental health “This Love Does Not Sell” created by the project DIVI 9. Anna Meldrāja and Roberts Dinters participated in the exhibition with the work “Bēres_un_burbuļi_mastered_2_final_gatavs_FINAL_sentu2.mp4”, in which Meldrāja’s multimedia installation and video projections were exhibited and Dinters became part of the installation, performing “No mix “later this year.
