Lista Celeste Movimiento Acción Cooperativa Requests Information on CEys Fees and Cooperativa Embargo

The Lista Celeste Movimiento Acción Cooperativa Lista Celeste sent a note addressed to the Supervisory Commission of the Cooperativa Eléctrica y Servicios Limitada “Mariano Moreno” requesting information regarding the instance of the claim presented for the payment of fees of Dr. Dante Arturo Ferreti professional who defended to the CEys in the trial for the dismissal of former manager Federico Raineri. In addition, information is requested to find out if an embargo was placed on the Cooperative for 4 million 620 thousand pesos.

Of our consideration:
We write to you, on behalf of the “Movimiento Acción Cooperativa-Lista Celeste”, in order to request the following information in use of the right that assists us by Art. 21º of Law 20,337 and Art. 14º Inc. j ) of the Bylaws:
1.- In what instance is the claim presented for payment of fees of Dr. Dante Arturo Ferretti (Professional recommended by President Losinno), to defend the Cooperative in the trial of Lic. Federico Raineri, which was “arranged” by the President.
2.- If it is true that on 08/07/23, the Cooperative was seized for the sum of Pesos Four million six hundred and twenty thousand ($4,620,000,-) within the framework of the Expte. Nº 17653 that was initiated by the aforementioned Dr. Ferretti.
We await what is required within a period of no more than 10 (ten) days, as dictated by Resolution 2022-24 of the Undersecretary of Industry, SMEs and Cooperatives of the Ministry of Production, Science and Technological Innovation of the Province of Buenos Aires. Aires, which is firm.
