SERAMBINEWS.COM, MEDAN – Medan Basarnas is still looking for a passenger car that plunged into a ravine Pakpak Bharat, Monday (12/13/2021).
Public Relations of the Medan Basarnas, Iman Sitorus, explained that until now, his party continues to search for the Kijang type travel car Innova BL 1537 EF.
“Today’s search was carried out by descending the cliff wall of the Lae Kombih river with a depth of about 50 meters, from the edge of the cliff to the surface of the river using a rope,” said Iman Sitorus, Monday (12/13/2021).
He said the condition of the location which was quite steep and slippery was an obstacle for officers to search for victims.
“The terrain conditions are quite steep and slippery, making the rescue personnel of the Medan SAR Office to be extra careful going down the cliff,” he said.
Faith says, deer car Innova with the police number BL 1537 EF, which carried 6 passengers, allegedly entering the gorge on the Lae Kombih River, on Sunday (12/12/2021) yesterday.
The ill-fated car was driven by Arman (50) who departed from Subulussalam Aceh to Medan.
“On arrival at the location, the driver of the car was suspected of being sleepy, so the car he was driving swerved to the right of the road and entered the Lae Kombih ravine,” he said.
