note: You cannot enjoy this feature unless your TV allows or supports a rate of 120 Hz, in addition to making sure that the screen cable that must be of the HDMI 2.1b type.

Talking about the high frame rate and refresh rates of 144hz, it means that the screen can display 144 frames per second. However, this does not mean that every game can support 144 FPS, as it depends on the power of the CPU and GPU of the device you are using.

Why is 120 fps better than 60 fps?

The answer is very simple: the higher the frame rate, the lower your input lag, and in return the temporal accuracy increases, and this makes it easier for us to play fast-paced games such as FPS games or racing games.

You’ll also be able to react in less time to the sudden appearance of an enemy, and see the farthest edge or corner of an object (character) approaching more quickly than a normal 60Hz response rate would be able to respond at that speed.
