JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has issued Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 69 of 2021 concerning the Supply, Distribution, and Retail Selling Price of Fuel Oil (BBM). Then, what is the price of Pertamina’s fuel in all provinces of Indonesia?
This Presidential Regulation 69/2021 amends Presidential Regulation No. 191 of 2014 which regulates similar provisions.
Previously, Jokowi had also ratified the rule change through Presidential Decree 43 of 2018.
Presidential Regulation 69/2021 now regulates the assignment, supply, and distribution of types of fuel, diesel (gas oil), and kerosene (kerosene) as well as special fuel for the assignment of RON 88 or Premium gasoline.

In addition, this regulation also discusses the retail selling price formula for General, Certain, and Special Assignment fuel types.
The selling price for general fuel uses a basic price formula consisting of acquisition costs, distribution costs, storage costs, and margins.
For Special Assignment or Premium Fuel, the retail selling price gets an additional distribution fee in the assignment area.
Then, the basic fuel price is added with Value Added Tax (PPN) and Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax (PBBKB).
Meanwhile, the selling price of certain fuels, namely diesel oil, gets a discount from the government subsidy.
