Apple officially released iOS 14.6 to the public on Monday (24/5) as the newest operating system. There are a number of new features that Apple has given in the update, such as Apple Card Family subscriptions to Apple Podcasts.
Even though the update is currently considered smaller than last month’s update, Apple brought many feature changes from the lossless audio side for Apple Music subscribers to searching for the lost AirTag.
After it was announced some time ago, Apple Music users can activate the lossless audio feature or high-quality Dolby Atmos music.

One of the new features of iOS 14.6 is support for the Apple Card Family. This feature allows its users to create Family Sharing groups. This feature can track purchases and manage expenses.
Parents can also share their Apple Card with their children with optional spending limits and controls. But unfortunately this feature is only available in the United States.
The update also adds Apple Podcast support. This feature allows you to listen to podcasts in 170 countries for a premium subscription to Apple Podcasts. There are several advantages that can be obtained from this feature, such as ad-free listening to access to additional content.
Some of the companies that provide this premium podcast include Tenderfoot TV, Pushkin Industries, Radiotopia from PRX, QCODE, NPR, Los Angeles Times, The Athletic and Sony Music Entertainment.
Apart from that, the new iOS 14.6 feature also adds several AirTags and changes related to Find My Phone, including lost mode. That feature can now add email support instead of tapping the phone numbers for the two features.
Lastly, Voice Control users can also unlock iPhone for the first time, after restarting using only voice control.
