3. Hong Kong (145)

If you play in Indonesia, the chances of the Garuda squad winning the match are quite large. Because Hong Kong lost 0-2 to Malaysia when they met in the FIFA Matchday May-June 2022.

2. India (104)

Indian National Team

If the Indonesian national team is able to beat India, the Garuda squad’s FIFA ranking will be boosted drastically. Because, in ranking, the Indonesian and Indian national teams are now separated by 54 steps.

1. Curacao (84)

Curacao National Team

The name of this one may be foreign to the ears of football lovers in the country. Because, Curacao comes from the Concacaf zone (North and Central America) so it is less exposed. In terms of performance, Curacao is arguably bad.

In the last eight matches, Curacao only got one win, two draws and six defeats. Even Curacao was beaten by Bahrain 0-4 on October 6, 2021.

Therefore, if Indonesian National team win over Curacao, Garuda squad which is now ranked 155th in the world will skyrocket its ranking. However, PSSI had problems inviting Curacao, considering that some of their players and officials had not been vaccinated.

“Some players and their officials have not vaccinated. In fact, one of the requirements to enter Indonesia must be vaccinated,” said Mochamad Iriawan quoting Antara, Wednesday (20/7/2022).
