List of Fallen Riders at the Mandalika MotoGP Test

A total of five riders crashed on the first day Mandalika MotoGP test at the Mandalika Circuit, Friday (11/2).

Reported from MotorcyclingThe five drivers are Francesco Bagnaia, Marco Bezzecchi, Fabio Di Giannantonio, Jorge Martin and Takaaki Nakagami.

Bagnaia, Bezzecchi, and Giannantonio became the first three riders to fall at the Mandalika Circuit. These three drivers fell together at the 10th corner of the Mandalika Circuit.

The three drivers did not experience serious problems as a result of the incident. The Ducati team, which was strengthened by Bagnaia, made sure the riders were in good condition, as was Bezzecchi who defended the VR46 Racing Team.

“Accident for Bez at Turn 10. Rider okay, back to the garage,” wrote the official VR46 Racing Team Twitter account.

Bezzecchi who had returned to the track then fell again. He had to kiss the asphalt at corner nine of the Mandalika Circuit.

Jorge Martin also had an accident at almost the same time. The Pramac Ducati racer fell at the 11th corner.

Towards the end of the first day of the Mandalika MotoGP test, Bezzecchi had bad luck. He fell again for the third time in this pre-season test, but did not suffer any injuries.


Takaaki Nakagami had a similar fate. The Japanese racer also fell as well as Bezzecchi.

Bezzecchi became the most experienced driver crash on the first day of the Mandalika MotoGP test. The Italian racer fell three times.

The Mandalika MotoGP test, which will be followed by MotoGP racers, will continue on Saturday (12/2). All racers will try out the Mandalika Circuit from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB.
