List of BRI Liga 1 2021 Clubs Affected by Covid-19 Cases: Persib, Persebaya, PSM to Persija

TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Some contestants BRI Liga 1 2021 began to be attacked by cases of Covid-19 that afflicted the players.

According to information collected by Tribunnews, as of Saturday (29/1/2022) today at 15.00 WIB, there are 4 teams whose players have been confirmed to have Covid-19.

The four BRI League 1 2021 teams are Persib Bandung, Persebaya Surabaya, PSM Makassar and Persija Jakarta.

Nine Players Persib Bandung

Robert Alberts’ squad has just shared some bad news ahead of the matchday 21 BRI Liga 1 2021 against Persikabo, tonight at 20.45 WIB.

The club nicknamed Maung Bandung reported that there were 9 players who were confirmed positive for Covid-19.

“Referring to the results of the periodic PCR examination carried out by Persib recently, there were nine players who tested positive for Covid-19.” wrote Persib’s statement.

The nine players who were declared Covid-19 were still kept secret by Maung Bandung.

The players exposed Covid-19 without that symptom has started the self-quarantine process.

The next step is to communicate with PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) regarding this issue.

For the match against Persikabo, Maung Bandung asked to continue.
