WhatsApp has released a number of new features for its app.
Unfortunately, some types of phones cannot enjoy the new features launched WhatsApp.
In addition, the application WhatsApp also cannot be installed on phones with older OS versions from November 1st.
Previously via the official site WhatsApp, the company announced that it will discontinue support for a number of smartphones with legacy operating systems, namely Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and iOS 9.
“WhatsApp will no longer support smartphone Android running OS 4.0.4 or earlier starting November 1, 2021,” said the WhatsApp website, Wednesday (25/8/2021), quoted from W.orld Today News.

Smartphone users with OS 4.0.4 are also invited to switch to a newer device and save message history before switching devices.
Not only Android old version, WhatsApp also will not work on iPhone with iOS 9 down.
To use WhatsApp, user iPhone should at least update to iOS 10 or higher.
In general, devices that cannot use WhatsApp are those with operating system 4.0.4 or lower than Android 4.0.3.
