Lisieux. An International Grand Prize for the guts of the brasserie le Gentleman

The 68th edition of the Tripière d’or competition brought together 143 participants on the weekend of October 16 and 17, 2021 in Caen. The jurats of the Brotherhood of the Tripière d’Or noted the appearance and balance of the dishes (meat, vegetables, sauce) then its fragrance before judging their taste. One last point which represents 50% of the final mark out of 80.
