Italian biathlete Lisa Vittozzi will not perform in the pursuit race at the World Championships in Oberhof.
“Unfortunately, I fell ill and will not be able to go to the start tomorrow. Of course, this is a big disappointment, but I hope to get better as soon as possible, ”wrote Vittozzi.
The Italian had to start fifth, 46 seconds behind the leader.
