Lisa Marie Presley has died suddenly at the age of 54 from cardiac arrest caused by a blockage in her small intestine. It was caused by a bad side effect after weight loss or bariatric surgery. Opioids were also in her blood at the time of her death. The autopsy report confirmed that Presley had undergone a cosmetic procedure a few months before her death, after which she was prescribed medication, but she had taken the medication carelessly – sometimes forgetting to take it, then remembering to take it again. The report also said the star had a “long history of alcohol and drug abuse.”
“Delfi” already reported that the singer’s heart stopped on January 12. Although doctors managed to resuscitate her, Lisa Marie Presley later died in a Los Angeles hospital.
