A lion recently escaped from a circus in China.
As a result of this incident, the public opinion of ‘prohibiting performances using animals’ is spreading in China.

The zookeeper stabs the lion with a long stick and instructs the lion to pass through the ring while threatening, but the lion is unable to jump properly.
Then the laughter of the audience burst out.
On the other hand, the lion struggles as if it is distressed and runs around us.

″I could see that the lion had gone wild. He had to skip the ring and he disobeyed.″
Again, the zookeeper directing the passage through the ring.
Then the two lions run out of the pen.

Surprised, the audience hurriedly rose from their seats and left the arena.

″There were no barriers in the auditorium. (The lion) was 10 meters away from me, which surprised me a lot.”
After leaving the concert hall, the lion even roamed around the parking lot.
Relevant authorities said, “The lion was captured in 15 minutes and there was no casualty.”
However, this video of the zookeeper treating the lion roughly spread quickly through Chinese social media, and public opinion of “animal performance refusal” is spreading among netizens.
Previously, China banned performances in the form of cruelty to animals since 2010 when animals died or people were injured in circuses, but in practice, it is often not followed well.
In Korea, the act of riding or touching dolphins for entertainment purposes is prohibited from December.
However, despite these animal protection movements, the act of abusing animals to avoid the law still continues.
