Linz: resistance from regulation enforcement | NR-Kurier.de

Message dated 08/21/2022

Early Saturday night (August 20), officers from the Linz Law enforcement Inspectorate had been termed by an apparently really drunk man or woman who was swaying together the L253. When the police officers spoke to the guy, he was extremely aggressive and unreasonable about his misconduct.

Linz on the Rhine. The 28-yr-old from the municipality of Alfter (NRW) was handcuffed as the assault was now consistently directed at police officers in physical form. He bodily defended himself from slavery. The Koblenz prosecutor’s office requested a blood check to ascertain the prison duty of the drunkard. Now he will have to confront the accusation of resistance to the law enforcement.

Just after the male was permitted to leave the office, he refused to go away the law enforcement premises even soon after remaining deported. The night time finished in police custody. (PM)
