The 42-year-old from the Linz-Land district was driving his car around 6:10 on a side lane of the B1. On Salzburger Strasse, the man wanted to reverse into a parking space. He overlooked a 30-year-old woman from Cameroon who was walking on the sidewalk towards the city.
The car struck the pedestrian, who was undeterminedly injured. After first aid, she was taken to hospital in Linz. An alcohol test on the 42-year-old showed a value of 0.82 per thousand. It is shown.
