Line Carvalho, Miss Pays de la Loire 2021, is from Blain, north of Nantes (Loire-Atlantique). The 20-year-old won the regional crown on Saturday, September 18 in Château-Gonthier-sur-Mayenne. She gives us her impressions of this evening and the future Miss France adventure, whose election will take place on December 11, 2021 in Caen (Calvados).
Tell us about your evening on Saturday September 18.
Line Carvalho: The evening passed at a maddening speed, a whirlwind of emotions! I had a lot of fun on stage and I enjoyed spending time with the candidates and committee members, whom I thank at the same time. I still do not realize how lucky I am to be able to represent our beautiful region in the Miss France election next December.
What was your reaction to the announcement of your name?
When my name was announced, I was very moved by the joy on the faces of my loved ones who came to support me and the applause from the audience.
What are your plans for the next few weeks?
Over the next few weeks, I would like to introduce myself to the Ligériens, go to meet them, then prepare myself for the Miss France adventure which will begin in mid-November with the integration trip to Reunion.
How will you manage your studies?
I continue my studies in preparatory class (she aims to become an airline pilot, Editor’s note) in parallel with the organized events, and I am determined to win the crown of Miss France with your support!
