Yesterday the queue outside the ticket office in front of Piazza Cavour, the busiest of all the Navigation network, made an impression. One, two, three snakes of people. The queue started from the sidewalk on the street side and continued into the Zambrotta promenade, reaching the pier after about 150 meters. Another equally slow, spontaneous and completely self-managed line, without cordons or stewards, ran towards the ticket offices. Result: hours to get on board. The tourists, mostly foreigners, had impatient faces as well as wet with sweat given the temperatures.
