The Swiss chocolate manufacturer relies almost exclusively on white actors and ambassadors in advertising with its “Maîtres Chocolatiers”, as the company admits. A US marketing expert classifies – and warns.
Diversity and inclusion are very important issues. This was emphasized by Lindt boss Adalbert Lechner last week when the annual figures were presented. And: There is still a lot to do, said the Austrian. So it’s time to take a closer look at the diversity of the largest Swiss chocolate brand.
