The documentary maker told in LINDA.195 that she thinks it is important to be open about the disease. “The amount of responses I received was bizarre. Some people said: ‘How brave that you are so open about that’ and then I thought: how sad actually that there is apparently a taboo on it. But in the end I think: if I have encouraged even one person to go to the doctor earlier when she feels something strange in her chest, and she is there on time, then I am very happy. ”
