Linda Claims to Have a Special Relationship with Inspector General Teddy at the Drug Case Trial

Witness trial of drug case with defendant Inspector General Teddy Minahasa, Linda Pujiastuti alias Anita, admits that she has a special and special relationship with Teddy. This was conveyed by Linda before taking the oath of witness.

The chairman of the panel of judges, Jon S, asked the two witnesses presented at this trial, namely the former Bukittinggi police chief AKBP Dody Prawiranegara and a woman named Linda Pujiastuti.

“Let’s pay attention to the two of them, the defendant is being presented at this trial, let’s have a look. The two witnesses know this defendant?” Judge Jon told the witnesses.

“I know, Your Majesty,” replied the two.

The judge then asked the witness whether there was a family relationship between the two of them and Teddy Minahasa. Linda then said she had a special and special relationship with the defendant.

“Is there a family relationship with the accused?” asked the judge.

“Nothing, Your Majesty” replied Dody.

“Nothing, Your Majesty. However, we have a special and special relationship,” Linda replied.

“Special and special relationship. Oh, we’ll question that later,” said the judge.

The two were examined separately, Dody’s statement was examined first. The judge asked Linda to wait her turn outside the courtroom.

In this case, Teddy Minahasa was charged with offering, buying, selling and intermediary for class I narcotics, not plants of the methamphetamine type, which resulted in confiscated goods weighing more than 5 grams. Teddy and three other people did this.

“Those who do, order to do, and who participate in doing, without rights or against the law, offer to sell, sell, buy, receive, become intermediaries in buying and selling, exchanging or handing over narcotics class I non-plants, weighing more than 5 (five) grams,” said the prosecutor while reading out the indictment at the West Jakarta District Court, Thursday (2/2).

The three people in question are the former Bukittinggi Police Chief AKBP Dody Prawiranegara, Syamsul Maarif, and Linda Pujiastuti. They were charged in separate files.

“That the defendant together with witness Dody Prawiranegara, witness Syamsul Maarif bin Syamsul Bahri and witness Linda Pujiastuti alias Anita (each was prosecuted separately by Splitzing),” said the prosecutor.

Teddy was charged under Article 114 paragraph 2 subsider Article 112 paragraph 2 juncto Article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
