We actually know this singer with a cool goatee and a red cap on his head. But rockers are getting older too. And so the American shows himself on his latest Instagram photo with a gray mane and a porn bar. Instead of a baggy sweater, the 50-year-old wears a buttoned shirt.

It’s … FRED DURST (50), front man of the metal band “Limp Bizkit”!
The look seems to be catching on. The photo garnered more than 50,000 likes on Instagram. Some fans see a resemblance to fellow musician James Hetfield (57) from the cult club band “Metallica” because of the XXL snot brake. Others locate the new Fred Durst, whether the hairstyle, rather with Schnulzen rocker Jon Bon Jovi (59).

Regardless of how you feel about the new look of the “Limp Bizkit” singer, one thing is clear: he is sure to attract attention with just one photo. News portals all over the world report on the transformation of the rock tube.
So all just promo? Hard to say. The last album of the band called “Gold Cobra” was released ten years ago, the name of the successor has also been known for a long time: “Stampede Of The Disco Elephants”. But no trace of new music. As morecore.de reported, this is mainly due to perfectionist thirst.
Some fans and media speculate that the transformation may have something to do with a film project. The thought is not that absurd. On the one hand, Fred Durst has already made several cinema appearances, for example in the cult comedy “Zoolander” from 2001. On the other hand, there are pictures that show the man with the usual short, raspy hairstyle with visibly light hair.
Either way: Fred Durst remains loyal to his band Limp Bizkit. With the metal band, the American has sold more than 50 million records in almost 30 years of band history. The most successful song, by the way, was the “The Who” cover “Behind Blue Eyes” from 2003.
