In Belarus, the limits on duty-free import of goods will be reduced to 500 euros from October 1, 2023. Writes about this “Minsk-News” with reference to the State Customs Committee.
So, while at land checkpoints they amount to the equivalent of 1000 euros and weigh no more than 31 kilograms.
Already from October 1, 2023, new limits will apply: an amount equivalent to 500 euros, and a weight of no more than 25 kilograms.
The State Customs Committee noted that when arriving in the republic by plane, no changes are expected: the cost of imported goods will still be equivalent to 10 thousand euros, and the weight should not exceed 50 kg.
The department also clarified that the changes will also affect international parcels. From October 1, 2023, a limit of 200 euros and a weight of 31 kilograms will be established.
