Am Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. The Gardens of the World, Blumberger Damm 44, 12685 Berlin, invite you to the late summer classical night “Viva la musica” under the open sky. This year, the classical open-air event with the Philharmonia Frankfurt is taking place under the motto “Limitless Sounds”. Under the direction of chief conductor Juri Gilbo, the ensemble will present classical masterpieces from all over the world, including works by Rossini, Tchaikovsky, Brahms, Gershwin, Gardel and Ravel.
The ensemble members of the Philharmonia Frankfurt orchestra, founded in 2019, come from various European countries, South America, Asia, Australia, Israel and Turkey – an intercultural group of artists whose greatest common denominator is the language of music. In addition to well-known classical masterpieces from Europe, visitors can expect pieces of music from Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Korea.
