The US import price index for the month of July 2021 increased by 0.3% compared to the previous month, against + 0.6% consensus and + 1.1% for the revised reading of the previous month . The indicator is up 10.2% compared to July 2020. The export price index climbs 1.3% compared to June 2021 and 17.2% year-on-year. The consensus was 0.8% from the previous month.
